New Year...New You!
So the calls are coming in. The appointment book is filling up. Have
you made your's yet? You know...eh em... the New Year's Resolution? To finally cleanse your body? To eat better? Exercise?
Drink more water? To finally comitt to a series of colonics?
How's that coming along for you? Hopefully it is coming
along well. But the reality is that most people make resolutions each year only to lose steam mid month or February at best.
I've decided that instead of making a resolution why not reach a point of quiet inner resolve? Resolve to be fully
present with yourself, patient with yourself, willing to invest in your self and your health? After all, you're worth it.
We here at Holistic Life, LLC are dedicated to helping you to achieve your wellness goals. It's about more than a
flat stomach after a colonic session. It's about providing you with the information and tools to achieve your wellness goals.
Last month was a pretty awesome pre-curser of things to come. Our wellness guest star was Raw Food Chef Kirsten
Gum who gave an amazing raw chocolate holiday desserts workshop. Frankly speaking, I never knew that raw chocolates, mousse
and puddings could be so deliciously sin-less.
She did a great job of showing how you can healthfully indulge that
sweet tooth. And boy did I ever! I kinda' overdosed on it though if the truth were told. Too much of anything (even raw chocolate)
is never a good thing. But I digress.
Ok. So back to resolutions and wellness guest stars, Holistic Life has partnered
with esteemed Hollywood chiropractor and homeopath, Dr Christine Anderson, DC, DICCP, Di Hom of Kid Chiropractic Family Wellness
for the wellness transformational workshop of the year! Literally!
