Give It To Me Raw Sounds naughty but it's actually
very clean. A super cool website community for those into the raw foods lifestyle. Think of it as My Space to the "raw
degree".

This woman is among those
that I greatly admire for her resilience and fun approach to raw foods. She looks amazing. Walks the talk and is an wealth
of information for those who are new to raw foods. She has been featured on the Tyra Banks Show and is set to have her own
TV show soon. Her book Living On Live Food is a must have for anyone new to this lifestyle.
Tegra Little
Friend, client and my personal instructor/mentor, Tegra is an amazing chef and teacher. One look at her
personal testimony and you can't help but be inspired. Just learning of her recovery from cancer (notice I spelled it with
a little "c"?) is enough to inspire you to discover more about the healing benefits of eating this way. She is now
recovered and teaches what she lives.
Karen Knowler
Based in England, this
woman is amazingly knowledgeable and has a very sensible approach to going raw.She is a successful coach, author, entrepreneur,
single mom and innovator in the raw foods community internationally.
Natalia Rose
Honestly folks! This
is where it started for me. One gander at her book, The Raw Food Detox Diet and I
was hooked. A chance interview with her in September, 2005 is where it all began for me. Her book nursed me back to health
without my even noticing that I was doing the "raw" thing. Before I knew it, I had lost 12 pounds in two weeks and
suddenly realized that I had not had any fibromyalgia symptoms. This book is perfect for those who are not quite willing to
let go of meat but still want to try and incorporate aspects of raw foods into their diet.
