Cancellations  To better serve our clients, we require 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments or there is a $50 charge late cancellation fee.     No-Shows In the unlikely event of a No-Show, the client will be responsible for full payment of missed visit.

General Housekeeping We respect your time as our client and know that you mirror the same for the staff here at Holistic Life, LLC. If for any reason you need to reschedule your session we ask that you call us by 10 AM the day before. In other words, 24 hour notice is required and appreciated. Otherwise we will hold you financially accountable for that missed session. Please reschedule all appointments by calling our office at 213- 453- 8926. We do not accept cancellations by text messaging or e-mail. Please arrive on time. We want to allow your body the time it needs to complete your session. We allow 1 hour for your session. Late arrivals rob you of the full experience of what your session has to offer. We still need to charge you the full fee for the session even if you are tardy. Be kind and gentle with yourself by being on time. Take this time for yourself to be relaxed and present.
